Skills
Reside in the Metro Phoenix Area
Be fluent in Mandarin and English
Passed SAFE Exam
Licensed in Arizona
Be avaliable to speak with borrowers on Beijing time
Experience
Minimum of 1 year in the retail Mortgage Loan Origination arena
Experience working with Chinese Buyers
Collect Financial Information
Evaluate Creditworthiness and elgibiltiy for obtaining a mortgage loan
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text
Guide Clients through mortgage loan options
Prepare and Submite Mortgage Loan Applications
Ensure all data is compliant
